Nikola Noskova is a qualified nutritional counsellor and provides her clients with hair bioresonance testing to detect intolerance to certain food components and builds a diet based on that. However, the high interest in the testing itself made Nikola consider an e-commerce solution where she could offer testing to the general public who want to eat better and not feel heavy after certain foods. The eshop is also complemented by the possibility to buy different menus depending on what the customer is looking for and it complements well with the test results.
We agreed with Nikola that the e-shop must be unique and basically not look like a classic online store. It was important to design the design blocks of a well-thought-out text presentation, which aimed primarily to introduce people to the testing method. Thus, it was necessary to put together a new brand that included ways of communicating with the customer, color layout, use of photos, clever combination of fonts, and thus in a very short viewing time to inspire confidence in this unconventional method of testing.
Tuned red, green, purple and orange brava combined with photos of healthy looking individuals, fruit and vegetables and healthy ready meals became the main design pillars of the site. Right at the start, the e-shop introduces the visitor through simple communication the reasons, the solution and the procedure, culminating in the selection of a specific test. The communication is taken care of by the complementary playful font Caveat and for the regular and headline text Open Sans. We believe that it is this connection that will evoke a connection to something natural, healthy and seamless.
The Czech Shoptet has emerged as the ideal platform to run the e-shop, covering all requirements in terms of price and processes associated with online ordering. The notional price/performance ratio in this case was unbeatable, if we compare the solution with, for example, nopCommerce development and the like.
Intoleranční test saw a great response right from the launch. Nikola quickly got to grips with the care the eshop required and we were very pleased with the mutual success that came from the result. We were able to create a professional yet wholesome feel across the site, which was key to reaching our target customer base. It was a great opportunity to create a Shoptet-based store with a non-template design, a reference we value as Shoptet partners.
